The $40 Trip Planning Fee is more than just a fee — it’s an investment in your travel experience. Our goal is to make your journey as seamless and stress-free as possible from start to finish.

A personalized consultation to understand your travel desires, budget, and expectations. This ensures every detail of your trip aligns with your vision.

Comprehensive research on your destination — including the best times to visit, must-see attractions, local culture, and customs — so you can travel confidently and authentically.

✈️ Transportation Planning
Assistance researching flight options, car rentals, and local transportation to help keep your trip running smoothly. Airfare is booked directly by the traveler.

💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note that the $40 Trip Planning Fee is non-refundable.

This fee covers the time and expertise involved in creating your personalized travel experience and allows you to request up to two complete itineraries — one primary trip proposal and one optional alternative.

After two itineraries have been provided, a new trip request (and planning fee) will be required for additional proposals.
