🛂 Passport Requirements

• A valid passport is required to travel to Los Cabos

💵 Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required to secure your spot.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.
  

  • If you plan to have a roommate, both deposits must be received in order to secure the room.

  • Room prices are subject to change until deposits are received and applied.

✨ Roommate Match Offered

If you need a roommate, please enter “Roommate Match” in the notes section at checkout. Roommate matching will be arranged by Book With Tara Travels.

👉 If a roommate cannot be matched, you will be moved to a single occupancy room at the single room rate.

  • A “Late Notice” 2 days after the due date

• 🚫 Refund Policy & Travel Insurance

  ✈️ Travel insurance is NOT included in your package.

  ❌ Book with Tara Travels and its travel partners do not issue refunds.

  💳 All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  📄 In the event of a cancellation, you must file a claim with your travel insurance provider to request any potential reimbursement (subject to their terms and approval).

  ⭐ Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
